Buying from Decathlon

Q: Do I have to register to buy online?

A: Yes it is mandatory to have your details filled on the registration page.

Q: Why?

A: In the event of an exchange/refund, either online or at our Stores, we can retrieve your purchase history and contact you in case of any safety issue with our products. The same is also needed to deliver the product at your doorstep

Q: How do I register?

A: If you are an existing Decathlon online customer you can use the same email id to log in

  • You will need to enter your existing Decathlon email id and click on forgot password link in the account section
  • You can also click on the Create account link in the account section and follow the steps
  • Both the cases password reset mail will be sent to you on your registered email id

Q: Registered at store with an e-mail ID?

A: If you've registered at store with an e-mail ID, you can follow the following steps

  • Click on the forgot password link
  • Enter the registered email-ID
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset the password
  • If your email ID is not validated, create a new account with the same email ID.
  • You can also click on Create account and enter the registered email id
  • Follow the steps and we will identify you as a customer and send you a reset password link

Q: Registered at Store with phone number?

A: Please follow the Create account link and create a new account to place orders on the website

Q: I lost my password. How can I retrieve it?

A: You can choose the “forgot password” option on the login page and we will do the needful

Q: How can my personal details be updated? (Email-address, mobile number, etc.)?

A: You can update your personal details by logging on to the website

NOTE: You will not be able to edit/update your details in the store if you have an account created on the website due to security reasons.

Q: Are your prices the same across your Stores and Online?

A: We try as much as possible to maintain standard Selling Prices for all our products across our Stores and Online. There might be a few (very exceptional) cases where a store has a higher/lower selling price depending on the tax structure in the State or a clearance sale for an end of season product.

Q: How do I pay on the website?

A: You can use Credit card, Debit card or Net Banking to purchase products online. We do not have a Cash on Delivery option.

Q: Do you charge for delivery?

A: At Decathlon, we strive to maintain EVERYDAY LOW PRICES FOR OUR PRODUCTS. The prices of our products do not include shipping costs. Your shipping costs are calculated based on your basket value and the delivery area.

Q: How do I track my consignment?

A: After dispatching your order, a tracking number will be mailed to your registered email address. You can use the tracking number to track your consignment or contact our customer service who will assist you with the same.

Q: How many days will it take for the amount to reflect in my account once a refund is processed?

A: It will take 6-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Q: Can I buy products on EMI?

A: We do not offer the option of EMI on the website currently. We do, however, have the option in our Stores.

Q: Can  I  buy fitness equipment online ?

A: Yes, it can be bought online in Bangalore only. Additional installation charges are applicable. Please refer to the individual product pages for more details.
