At Decathlon.in, we are sports people for sports people. We build products that have high value for your money. In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer you a flexible after sales return/exchange policy.

1. RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
- We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please send us an image to care.india@decathlon.com for reference and we will find you a solution right away.
2. ORDERED A BACKPACK AND RECEIVED A BOTTLE? 
 - That was certainly not our intention! We apologize and will arrange for a pickup and issue a refund for your order. 
3. DID NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT?
- You may simply choose to return the product within 90 days from the date of purchase.  Please make sure that the product is unused and the MRP tags are intact.
4. HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT EXCHANGED?
- Please write a mail to care.india@decathlon.com with the order ID and the item(s) you want to return .
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item(s) to be returned (If your Pincode is serviceable by our logistics partner)
- Once we receive a confirmation on the pickup, we will refund the charges  for the item(s) to the same account from which the payment was made
- You can place a new order for the size you are looking for
5. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
- Please write a mail to care.india@decathlon.com  with the order ID and the item you want to return
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup for the item(s) to be returned (If your Pincode is serviceable by our logistics partner)
- Refund will be initiated once we receive a confirmation of the reverse pickup
6.  HOW AND WHERE DO I SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK?

    Follow the instructions in Return/ Exchange form (link of the form will be provided)

7. WHAT IS THE DURATION FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN?
- Product can be Exchanged /Returned within 90 days from placing the order if it is in saleable condition (unused, MRP tags intact)
8. WHEN WILL THE REFUND AMOUNT REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT?
- It will take 4-5 working days once a refund is initiated
9. CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHAT INCLUDES/EXCLUDES IN THE GUARANTEE?

All Decathlon Products have the guarantee as mentioned on the respective product page. This includes any kind of manufacturing defect irrespective of the platform of your purchase (online or stores)

The guarantee is not applicable for:

- Parts subject to wear and tear
- Damage caused by wrong installation, negligence, or poor maintenance
- Altering/customizing the product or using the product in a manner it is not intended for. (Eg. If you are using Running Shoes to play Football, your guarantee on those shoes will be void as they are designed specifically for Running and not playing Football!)
The guarantee can be claimed if the restriction of use and care instructions are not violated.
