I'm disappointed with these shoes. I have previously used Kalenji shoes and they've worked well for me. But these shoes heat up my soles even after running for just 3-4 kms. Because of which I've been forced to consider buying new shoes. These definitely aren't shoes fit for running.

1. We will suggest you to check your GAIT as this shoe is meant for mild over pronation so if your GAIT is neutral, underpronation or severe overpronation then the fitting of the shoes is not as per your feet resulting in creation of friction between your feet and sole which will eventually lead to blisters.
2. The shoe size is bigger than the required size for your feet due to which there is enough space. so when you start running your feet slides inside the shoes resulting in creation of friction between your feet and sole.

Your very courteous people helped me identify the product from various choices that were available. Zeroed in this and bought it as I have a flat feet and obese I wanted to start walking toreduce my weight. I've started to use the shoes and I've found it comfortable and usefulness and feel it is fulfilling the purpose that u bought it for.

Good arch support and solid shoe for road running. Especially if you run 60 mins 3 times a week. I was recovering my metatarsal pain and this shoe helped me a lot.
People with flatfoot struggle when walking or running. These trainers helps but providing a support right under the arch area. However, I have found it hard for me as other major brands (Nike for instance) provide 3 levels of hardness. You have to try it yourself at the gym. Or get School in-step (shorter form of insoles and focuses on larch area) support from Boots for normal trainers and shoes.

As with all shoes a good break in before use in a long distance race is essential. They felt like a shoe that costs three times more and helped me through the London marathon... So thank you kalenji top shoes you have there
