Usage
Easystroke training paddles are innovative and patented swim paddles. They enable beginners to learn to swim using the right movements and regular swimmers to improve or correct their stroke. The large surface area also allows for a greater muscular workout. They can be used for all 4 main swimming strokes.

Tightening
The buckled strap system can be tightened very quickly and adapts to fit all arm sizes.

Safety
The edges of the paddles are made from SEBS soft plastic to avoid injury to yourself or others.

RECOMMENDED AGE
EASYSTROKE swimming paddles can be used by swimmers for an upper body workout from 14 years for children of an average build.

Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Not for want of trying no amount of being told I drop my elbow in the first part of my freestyle stroke has ever improved my technique. But now with these paddles I understand - it feels good !
