Supinated or pronated grip? Supinated grip (palms towards you), pronated grip (palms facing forward)
With the two pull-up techniques, your arm muscles get an intense workout. The difference between pronated and supinated pull-ups is that the biceps work a lot more when doing supinated pull-ups, whereas the back works harder when doing pronated pull-ups.

What size bar should you choose?
The pull-up bar is adjustable and clamps between two walls. On a solid door frame. It is available in 2 sizes - small, adjustable from 70 to 95 cm - large, adjustable from 100 to 120 cm.
