Very good material,
Perfectly fits you when running.
The ergonomic design
Bought this for £9.99 when it was on offer, and I'm happy to say that it's lived up to Decathlons proven high standards. Purchased this to run with rather than ride, and (so far) it's comfortable, sits securely without too much movement, and has a 'just right' capacity.
I do have a couple of niggles with the design though. Whilst the primary compartment is a 'flip type' and double zipped, the secondary flip pocket is only single zipped, so it might be possible for this to work open and for things to fall out. The smallest pocket on the bag is a side zip, handy for a mobile, but none of the pockets have a headphone outlet, which is a notable omission.
The bag does have some reflective details at the rear, not enough though in my opinion, but the inclusion of a clip for a light at the back is a nice touch. However, there are no reflective areas on the front at all. There isn't an option on the shoulder straps for clip on lights, except for the tube holder, which sits too high, or the chest strap.
The main internal compartment doesn't have any segregated pockets at all, apart from the one for the bladder, whilst the secondary does have internal pockets, only one of them has a zip closure on it.
It may sound as though I'm disappointed with the product, but the truth is quite the contrary. For the price, I'm very pleased with it, but I feel that the product could be improved as I've detailed earlier, and then it would be pretty much perfect!
Size, fit, price, capacity, comfort
niggles above aside, none!
Purchased this hydration pack when on offer for £9.99. Perfect for my bike rides. Can just about fit all my basic tools and tyre repair kit. Fits comfortable on my back and don't get in my way. Would maybe get the bigger version so I can get more space for clothing if was going on long bike rides but this is ideal for my 1-2 hour rides
Quite new to hydration packs, this one is really nice, fits well, quality feels good and doesn't move around when going over some rough red forest MTB routes. Just about enough space for a pump and a waterproof but that is all. Overall very pleased and at the special offer price an absolute bargain
I've been using the hydration pack for a few weeks now, and overall am very happy with it. I keep the following inside without too much of a problem.
* 2x spare inner tubes (27.5x2.1)
* Tyre levers
* Small pump
* collapsible waterproof jacket
* selection of energy gels
The only negative is the lack of somewhere to properly hold the water tube and it bounces around a bit whilst riding.
High capacity bladder, comfortable to wear
Nowhere to clip the tube
This is a very good product. And at that price you can't argue. It has loads of pockets inside for all your stuff. I was that impressed, I brought my another one for my son
Price, number of pockets inside and size
Could do with a better reflector on the back
Excellent utility, hydration back pace for sort ride. can't complain with price tag.
Comfortable with water hydration pack.
Nothing to comment.
This hydration pack is brilliant good size water bladder and plenty of compartments. Plastic taste takes a few rinse to get rid of and bite valve takes a while to get soft. My only issue is that I should have got the bigger one as it's a bit tight with all that I carry ( two 27.5 inner tubes, one small bottle of stans sealant, bike pump, shock pump, two co2 cans and nozzle, Allen keys, torx keys, 3 tyre levers, box of self sealing patches, spare gear cable, spoke key, spare pads, Sunglasses, assortment of spare bolts, 3 energy gels, wallet and a bunch of keys) but it all fits in!
Large water bladder, plenty of compartments
Happy with this back pack so far.
The only fly in the ointment is that there is not quite enough room for a waterproof inside the pack. I would also like to see bungie cords on the outside for this purpose.
cheap and came with bladder
not quite roomy enough for me
After using a bottle and cage for some time I decided to give a hydration pack a go , so went for a inexpensive one to start. And I am really pleased with this, I have spare tube, leavers , pump and the usual stuff in there with room for wallet and phone.
The other good thing is you can remove the hydration pack and put a small stainless flask in its place on the cold winter days. Also the way it fastened on to you is comfortable and snug in short I love it !
compact bag with plenty or pockets
