Technical Information

What are the benefits of the TWISTER mini stepper?
You can lose weight, work the cardiovascular system and also firm the lower body (glutes, thighs, calves etc.) and the upper body with the resistance bands (arms, shoulders etc.). The lateral movement (twisting) strengthens your abs. Compact, practical for keeping in shape at home!
Working out: How and how long for?
Domyos mini steppers are designed for occasional use (25 to 30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week). Each session should begin with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up (longer if you are a beginner). If you start your workout session too quickly, you may increase the risk of injury and lose your energy. Finally, at the end of each session, take the time for a recovery phase and don't forget to stretch.
For better results...
To make it more effective you can also work on your waist and abdominals by turning your hips with each step.

Only counts every other step
Pretty disappointed by the fact it only counts every other step. I called the customer service about it and they gave me a replacement but it was exactly the same. I called again and they put me through to someone in store who said that was normal. It makes no sense to me why it should only count one out of two steps. It also makes pretty loud noises when in use. The fact that the resistance cannot be adjusted can also be a problem. Good workout otherwise but I think the resistance thing might become a problem. Might update my review after a couple of months using it.
