Q: What tax documents are required to be submitted to deliver an order?
Some Indian states have additional document requirements for the shipment entering the state, while transiting by road.

Q: What are the delivery options for online orders?
A: You have two options to choose from for online orders.
1. You can provide a delivery address, where you order can be shipped at a minimal cost, or
2. You can choose to pick up the order from our Bangalore Store. In this option there will be no delivery charges.
Q: What are the benefits of choosing store pick up as the option for orders placed online?
A: Most of the products in our store are very fast moving and their in-stock period may be less. In order to avoid a situation where your desired product is out of stock, you can order and pay the products online when they are available in stock and choose to pick them up at the store during your next visit.

Q: Where and when can I pick up my order if I select pick up at store?
A: Your product will be shipped from our warehouse to the store, and are usually available at the store the next day after your order is confirmed. Please visit the store page for the address and directions to our Bangalore store, where the pick up can happen.
Q: Can I choose a delivery address different from my billing address?
A: You can create up to 3 delivery addresses, by clicking on "View my address book entry" link under "My Account" section.
When you are finalizing your order online, the delivery addresses will be available for you to select them.
Q: What is the delivery cost?
A: For deliveries within Bangalore city limits, there is a fixed charge of Rs.200, whatever the order total volume and number of products in your order.
For deliveries outside Bangalore city, the delivery cost is based on the volumetric weight of your order. The cost of delivery can vary depending on the region in India. The website will automatically calculate the delivery cost based on the content of your shopping cart.
This price includes the packing of your order and the transport cost. We have tied up with a major courier company in India - TNT - to provide a reliable service across India at the best rate for our customers.
Q: Where can you deliver?
A: We deliver only to those cities and towns which are covered by our delivery partner TNT Express Courriers. This represent a total of 3600+ post codes in India.
During the creation of your delivery address, you will be informed immediately about the feasibility of delivering to your postal address.

Q: How long does a delivery take?
A: After confirmation from our side regarding the quantities and reception of your payment, your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Q: Can I track the shipment?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will communicate to you the tracking number for your shipment, to allow you to track it on our courrier partner website - TNT. http://www.tnt.com/express/en_in/site/home.html
Q: What is checked before my order is confirmed?
A: We are confirming that the ordered quantity are physically present in our warehouse before confirming your order. In case all quantities are not available, we will contact you to propose a replacement product or a refund for the missing product or quantities.
Please note that though we are trying our best to provide accurate information on the website - price and stock - we cannot warranty that your order will be fullfill. We also reserves the right to cancel your order in case there were a technical issue that prevents us to display the correct information on the site (stock and/or price) and would have result in an order we cannot fullfill.
Q: What's happening with my order?
A: Simply check the status of your pending orders under My Account menu, after loggin in.
On your account welcome page, you will see the list of pending orders, and you can see the details by clicking of one specific order. We will also send an e-mail any time the status for your order changes.
Q: What does this order status mean?
A: Here are the different status for your order and their meaning:

Your order has just been created in our system but is not confirmed yet. We are waiting to receive your payment to proceed with its confirmation. |
| Processing |
We have received your payment and we are now confirming the availability of each product. |
| Confirmed | The product availability has been checked and your order is now confirmed. We will soon proceed with the order preparation for your pickup or delivery. |
| Shipped | Your order has left our office and has been given to our delivery partner. We have communicated to you the tracking number to allow you to track the order. |
| Closed | You order has been delivered. |
| Cancelled | Your order has been cancelled. This can happen on your request before it is being prepared. |
