Q: How do I choose the right size for me?
A: To minimize the risk of picking up a wrong size, we have prepared a guideline page (available here).
Please note that if you are not satisfied with the size you ordered, we can provide a replacement (condition apply: see Return and Exchange chapter of these FAQ)
Q: What is the stock information you are showing for each product?
A: On each product page, you can get the stock information by selecting the size/color you are looking for. We indicate the stock value in store and the stock available for online purchase separately.
Please note that for fast moving products, the product may be sold between 2 stock update in our website, and we unfortunately cannot guarranty that the stock will be physically present in the store. We strongly suggest that you contact us to check that the product you are specifically looking for is still in stock, before you plan to make a trip to the store !
