ECOMMERCE IT DEVELOPER
Developer for Decathlon Sports India E-Commerce website, in charge of implementation of new functionalities and support of the website.
Job Description
* Working closely with the Ecommerce commercial team, knows perfectly the their business and their requirements.
* Listen to the user requirements and transform then into specifications documents.
* Know the solutions available on the market and evaluate how they can address the company requirements.
* Propose and implement innovative solutions to provide advantages over the competition.
* Contribute to the coding of the solutions.
* Ensure the testing of the solutions to guarantee a perfect quality.
* Can code and deliver independently
* Great team player
* After the deployments, ensure the support of the solutions.
* Contribute to the organization of development and testing processes
Technical skills
* Experience in developing ecommerce websites a must.
* Strong knowledge of PHP with OOP a must.
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS a must.
* Strong knowledge of database design and query writing a must (MySQL).
* Experience in latest PHP technologies a must (ex: Zend, Codeigniter).
* Knowledge of version control system a must (Ex:SVN).
* Experience in Ajax Frameworks like Jquery / mootools / ExtJS will be plus.
* RIA / Web 2.0 development skills a must.
* Knowledge of Dreamweaver a plus.
* Knowledge of ecommerce website infrastructure and deployment a must (PHP, Apache, MySql).
* Knowledge of Grid server and server management a plus.
* Knowledge of Payment Gateway integration / Web services a plus

Job Description
* Acquire the best locations in Bangalore.
* Have them developed in line with the type of activity to set up,
* On my prospected territory, I know the potential market, that of my competitors and that currently occupied by Decathlon
* On the basis of the commercial functional features required by the region/country, I draw up the 10-year vision of the prospected territory and of each site and I have them validated by the regional director/country manager and/or functional manager.
* I draw up 10- and 20 min clusters for the whole prospected area.
* I draw up the "urban area" file for each urban area of my territory.
* I know the local market.
* Obtaining the internal authorisation to carry out the operations
* Obtaining the administrative and commercial authorisations
Desired Candidate Profile
* Experience land sourcing.
* Should like being on the field.
* Strong negotiation skills
* Should know to read and write Kanada.
* Should know MS office.
