RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

We have a 90 day hassle free Return Policy online which entitles the customer to return any product for the following reasons:

- the size and color not as expected by the user
- was received in a physically damaged condition
- received a different product
- missing parts of missing accessories
- item no longer needed

The customer must return the product(s). Thereafter, the amount will be refunded back to the customer in the mode in which the payment was originally made. The customer can then place a new order for the desired product(s).

The customer must raise the return request within 90 days from the date of delivery of product(s) by contacting Decathlon by sending a mail to care.india@decathlon.com. Once the return request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:

1) Customer is asked for “Reason for Return”

2) An intimation must be provided to Decathlon seeking either “approval” or “rejection” of the replacement request. The product(s) intended to be returned must be in a salable condition, should not have been used and should have the MRP tags intact. In the event the product(s) is not in a salable condition, Decathlon will not accept the Return

3) Once the return request is approved by Decathlon, Decathlon will arrange for a reverse pick-up from the customers registered address. However, Decathlon does not service reverse pick-up in certain pin-codes and this can be checked by the customer on the Website before requesting for the same. All shipping and other return charges shall be borne and incurred by the Buyer (if applicable)

4) The customer will receive the refund of the amount within 7 to 10 business days from the date of receipt of product(s) by Decathlon

If the customer wishes to exchange the product(s) for another Decathlon product(s), the customer will have to return the original product to any of our Decathlon Stores and bill new product(s) at the store separately. The refund for the online order will be processed online to the same account from which the payment was made and will be credited in 7-10 business days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PRODUCT(s) PURCHASED AT STORE

A hassle free 90 day Return and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) at the Store ensures that all the customers are free to return or exchange a product purchased at any Decathlon Store for the following reason:

- the size and color not expected as by the customer
- was received in a physically damaged condition
- missing parts or missing accessories
- item no longer needed

The product(s) intended to be returned must be in a salable condition, should not have been used and should have the MRP tags intact. In the event the product(s) is not in a salable condition, Decathlon will not accept the return.

The customer is not required to produce a copy of the bill at the time of return or exchange. The customer can provide the contact details given at the time of purchase and this will enable Decathlon to return or exchange the product based on the purchase history. Customers can return a Decathlon product(s) at any Decathlon Store. However, a product(s) purchased at a Decathlon Store cannot be returned online.

After the expiry of 90 days, the product(s) will be exchanged only

for manufacturing defects within the warranty period
