The single-piece poles have the advantage of being lightweight and not retracting during use. To fit your height, they are available in 5 different lengths:

105, 110, 115, 120 and 125 cm.

To choose the right length, multiply your height in centimeters by 0.68.

For example, if you are 1.67m tall, choose 110m poles because 167 x 0.68 = 113.56.
