Technical Information

Ideally, you should get your mattress out, unroll it and open the valve as soon as you've set up camp, for easier pre-inflation. A self-inflating mattress inflates by itself up to about 80%. You will need to blow up the rest yourself, so you can adjust the pressure to your desired comfort level.
