Easy to fit brighter than expected
Rear Light is very good,
PS: VIOO city 300 should come with Only rear light option also.
Thank you for taking time out to review our product. I am happy to hear you are satisfied with the set lights. This is a TO BE SEEN light, to be used in dim-lit areas and will make the cyclist visible to others on the road. If you are looking for a brighter TO SEE front light, please take a look at VIOO 900 Road. https://www.decathlon.in/p/8247734_vioo-700-usb-front-lighting-black.html#/180-235-_
If you are looking for a rear only piece, please consider VIOO 500 City. It has Front and Rear lights integrated into one.
Hope this helps. Thank you!
Not over used but what Ihave seen so far Ian very happy
Both units are rechargeable thanks to a USB connector with a universal plug, the same that connects to your mobile devices.
However, the front light is weak, it can't be used during night time if there is no public lighting. On the plus side, there is a strobe mode to be seen from afar during day time riding. The back light is easy to affix to the back of your helmet. But again, the lighting is weak. The same product with more lumens (say 300 to 500) would make the cyclists feel totally safe on the roads. Last, both units are easy to attach / remove thanks to their durable straps.
It's an Ok product with a decent price but safety needs to be enhanced.
great product guys
visibility is just awesome
back lights is more visible then front
but as reflector they work absolutely perfect
Very bright and a good price
A good light for street lit roads. More of a hazard light than a classical headlight. No problems with reliability but planning to buy the 900 series since I cycle out before sunrise during summers.
Thank you for taking time out to review our product. I am very happy to read that you understood VIOO 300 is a 'to be seen' light meant for dim light areas. For a light 'to see' the road, I recommend VIOO 900 as you rightly said. There are two models under 900 - Road and City.
Please check VIOO 900 Road. It has continuous mode which beams upto 45 meters. https://www.decathlon.in/p/8247734_vioo-700-usb-front-lighting-black.html#/180-235-_
Please check VIOO 900 City. It has continuous and flash modes which beams upto 30 meters. https://www.decathlon.in/p/8320634_vioo-920-usb-front-bike-light.html#/3-254-_
Hope this helps. Thank you!
It is used for the cyclist to get identified and not for seeing the road in dark
Rare light is good but front Light very worst experience. In market better lights are available with Low price.
Thank you for taking time out to review our product. The light you purchased VIOO City 300 Set is a "TO BE SEEN" to be used in dim lit urban areas. Front lights upto 13 meters. Rear Light is always more powerful for the safety aspect of being visible.
TO SEE the path, I suggest you to check more powerful VIOO 900 light https://www.decathlon.in/p/8247734_vioo-700-usb-front-lighting-black.html#/180-235-_
The front light beams upto 45 meters and is designed for low-lit areas.
I request you to please visit your nearest Decathlon store to find a solution. Hope this helps. Thank you!
Bought the lights, worked fine for the first 6 months. I then had to go away for a year an a half because of work. On return, nearly 2 years after purchase and on;y 6 months of actual use, the lights won't hold charge. They will only power when connected to mains, not quite the purpose they were purchased for.
I am extremely disappointed after paying around £20 for them. It is shocking how poor quality components they have inside if they die simply for not using them. I see that you provide a 2 year life warranty, which means these lights are out of it. I really can't recommend this or any product from this brand as I imagine the same happens with all their products.
Are you trying to force recurring revenue by forcing people to buy bike lights every 2 years? Shameful.
I have just replied directly to you.
I would like to confirm that we will replace the item under warranty and that we do not seek out at any point to make our items become faulty after 2 years.
