Bought these for a trip to Iceland, so haven't worn them yet. Tried them on and the fit was perfect. They are warm and comfortable and very stylish.
The boots are very slippery though they provide good warmth. I used it for 2 weeks for my Euro trip where the temperatures are around -2C to -17C. Boots along with merino wool socks kept me warm. But the main disadvantage is the silicon sole that made it difficult to walk on snow. Overall feedback - No grip. Slightly heavy too.
Very comfortable boot and excellent value for money. Not great for climbing snow covered slopes but bought this to use next Christmas in Lapland so hoping they will warm enough!
I bought these boots for a trip abroad to be worn in snow, ice and minus temperatures. They are light, comfortable and very warm even with a light sock ( tested at -12 C ). I am normally size 4.5 in shoes, but always get a size up in boots to allow for socks. I bought 5.5 and they are loose so i have to tighten up with laces, lengthwise perhaps i could have got away with size 5 but i could not compare as it was out of stock. The boots are waterproof and have a light sole unlike other snow boots with heavy bulky bottoms. They look really nice on, very feminine. The price is also reasonable for the style and practicality you get. I also like the fact that they are taller than most other snow boots.
I bought these last week, just before the snow came. They are brilliant! I suffer a lot with cold feet but these kept my feet soooooooo warm. I'm very happy! They also are very comfortable to wear and a great price too. Across 3 days of the snow I wore these lots when we were out and about, walking etc.
Wholly recommend these boots! Very snuggly and comfy.
I used these snow boots at my snow trek in Uttarkashi (India). I walked in knee deep snow and the temperature dropped to -6° during my summit. But I really had nothing to worry for my feet as these boots were really good. I am so much in love with these boots. They not only protected me from the cold but also kept my feet dry all the time.
Im a dog walker. I bought these boots for this, i have found these boots to be warm, comfortable and kept my feet dry in rain and snow.
I bought these boots a couple of months ago thinking they'd be ideal once the snowy weather hit and being a commuter, they'd be invaluable for travelling in to London. I wasn't wrong! Today they were ideal and very warm - I really can't understand the previous review at all about them not keeping the reviewer's feet warm, they are fleecy lined and extremely warm! Obviously not a true review.
I bought the grey version of these recently after reading the positive reviews. Today is their second outing. So far I've only walked from home to the station, sat on the train for 40 mins and my feet are like ice. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try a second attempt, but alas, my feet are freezing, its only -1 out. These boots would NOT keep you warm in cold conditions. Very disappointed. Can these be returned decathalon even after two wears?
