It’s my opinion
Just baught it today, the two problems are: only single chain is given and once it is broken u can't hide your stuffs inside the bag. The second problem is the depth of the bag is not great and u will surprise after opening it; the metal handle u can feel that in the bottom after opening the bag which makes the bottom surface uneasy (the surface is not flat) . But the bag is good looking and attractive. 80% value for money.
This is a nice suit case with rolling capability. The size is good for it being a cabin baggage for airlines.
It's a good trolley bag which can be used for short trips and atleast you can stuff upto 8 kgs easily
I bought this suitcase coz I couldn't get refund and this was within the price range. I didn't like this suitcase much but had no other things to buy at that time. Positive thing about this suitcase is its build quality but it's heavy. 2 kg for cabin bag is too much. If the same build quality can be given within 1 kg, then this bag would be a nice choice. Price is okay and I didn't find it costly. A bit more space would have made this bag a must buy.
Build quality is good.
The bag is bit heavy. Should be under 1 kg.
Only one chain is given in this product so we can lock it. Also, I am worried while travelling if the chain stops working then how are we going to handle the situation.
Thanks for taking the time to write us back.
You have a valid point we appreciate your feedback, but time being we don't have any solution for it, but we will take your feedback into consideration for future improvement of the product.

I've had this suitcase for over 3 years now, it traveled with me by car, train, boat, plane, to Europe and even around Australia, and has never let me down.
It is solid, compact and fits lots of things!
It is perfect as a cabin luggage and complies with every low cost companies luggage policies (Ryanair, EasyJet, Virgin, BA, Jetstar, Tiger...). Also, it never went over 10kg even when packed with a LOT of things, so no bad surprise with companies that check bags' weight.
I recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and reliable suitcase to take as a cabin luggage, and would definitely buy it again if it ever breaks.
Really light suitcase, used as a cabin bag. Can pack loads in and easy to wheel around
