Used for 7 to 12 months
These earphones have worked well but now they won’t hold a charge. I can charge them all through the night and as soon as I put them on they bleep to say they have minimal power left.

I'm sorry that you've had a problem with your bluetooth headphones.  We have had one or two examples of defective batteries with this product and what you describe sounds like this.

Headphones don't work
Used for 1 week or less
Bought these headphones from Decathlon in Paris. When I flew back to my country charged the headphones but they couldnt connect to any devices. I pressed for 6 secs, until the red and white flashes on but I tried on two mobiles and my sports watch nothing... Total rip off and unfortunately there is no Decathlon where I live.

I just read your opinion. I'm sorry you were having trouble connecting to your headphones.

If I could ask you to check the following - I'm aware you've done step 2.
1. Make sure the headphones are properly charged.
2. Press the ON / OFF button for 6 seconds and check that the white and red LEDs light up.
3. Then go to the settings of your phone to activate the search for Bluetooth devices.
4. Then in the Bluetooth menu, click on "Geonaute Bluetooth Earphones"

If, despite these precautions, it still does not work, you can contact our support team by email at support@geonaute.com. If our team can not find a solution, it means that the product is defective and you will be able to return to a store next time you're near a Decathlon or if you are based in the UK you can contact our customer service team to organise a return and exchange or refund.Kind Regards,

Dear Sirs,

I bought the product in Hungary. My phone (Samsung A3(2016)) is compatible (checked with Decathlon app in Android Market), but it was not possible to pair the earphones with my mobile, the earphone ('Geonaute Bluetotth Earphone') does no appear in the list on the mobile phone. Your Decathlon colleagues could not help me, either, they also tried, and none of them was able to connect their own smartphones to earphones available in the various stores (4 pieces).
In an other Decathlon store a clerk also tried to pair a device, bat failed, as well.
Could you pls. give me some advice.
Tha product was taken back by Decathlon, since I/we could no pairt any of the goods in store, but still, I would like to by such an earphone.

The ONEar Bluetooth Wireless Sport Earphones in Rotterdam A week ago while traveling on vacation. I was very excited to use it as soon as possible. However, when I returned to Brazil, where I live, in my first attempt to charge the earphones, a red light came on, then it went out and no lights came on again. The earphones did not work anymore. I was very disappointed, mainly because I will not be able to return to the store where I bought to change. My expectation in using them was great, but ended up frustrated. :(

Hi Marcos,

Normally the headphones should start with some charge.  You need to hold the button for 6 seconds for it to start to connect to bluetooth with a flashing light.

That said there have been cases of problems with the battery in some of our bluetooth headphones and that our product development team are working to eliminate.

You are free to return the headphones to any Decathlon store in the world and the guarantee is for 2-years so if you are able to get them back to one of the Brazilian Decathlon stores or if you are travelling again keep them in your travel bag and pop them back to us.

Just as it says in the description: no matter how high you put the volume,you can still heard surrounding.
