For intermediate climbers, we recommend choosing a shoe 1 to 2 sizes smaller than your normal size.
For advanced climbers, we recommend choosing a shoe 2 to 3 sizes smaller than your normal size.
Asymmetry, offset towards the big toe: this shape gives you great grip on small holds at the expense of some comfort (especially for those with a flame foot shape)
