Which yoga mat to choose?

Use a mat between 5 and 8 mm thick. For dynamic yoga (ashtanga, vinyasa, hot yoga, etc.): these styles feature a lot of standing and balancing poses. Favour stability, between 3 and 5 mm, and grip.
