Choosing your grip: underhand (palms facing in) or overhand (palms facing out)
With two different grips, you get a more intense workout for the arms. The difference between overhand and underhand pull-ups are that the biceps work harder using an overhand grip while the back gets a better workout when using an underhand grip.
Choosing the right size bar
The pull-up bar is spring-loaded to adjust to any door frame. Be sure to choose a solid door frame.Available in two sizes: - Small: 70 to 95 centimetres - Large: 100 to 120 centimetres.
