At first they were really nice to wear. Good light material that seemed to fit really well. When riding the material would bunch up under the saddle and after a week riding I got a lot of pain from chafing. I presume if they didn't ride up so much this wouldn't be a problem. I continued for another week, started using vaseline and have now reverted back to my cheap-as-chips shorts which have never rubbed. Such a shame.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of you experience with these shorts. It is hard to pinpoint the reason as to why this happened but what's important is that they should be comfortable for you when out in the saddle.
Please return these to us if you are not satisfied with the comfort and fit they provide. It may be worth trying the next size down which may help with the fit.

I've always worked on the basis that you get what you pay for, and also that good cycling shorts are a worthwhile investment for comfort on long rides. Because of this, I've resisted trying a pair of the shorts, assuming that because they are comparatively inexpensive, they would be rubbish. However, when I saw an offer on them, I decided to take a punt as I'd read good reviews. I'm never going to be a snob again - these are much more comfortable for me than any of the other more expensive pairs I own.
Extremely comfortable short, very stretchy but with good support. Little improvements compared to the previous model (bought in France 5 years ago): wide and rigid top shoulder straps which avoid the straps to wrinkle and get uncomfortable. Wide silicon band on the end of the legs so they don't come up at all while riding.
Any chance of a "UK/Australia" design with the white band on the right (just kidding).
Equivalent to a $200+ short in other leading brands.
None so far
This was my first purchase of Bib Shorts. The fit was great with no issues about slipping off my shoulders. I am 5ft9, 33/34 waist. So far my longest ride in them is about 64 miles. They are incomparably better than of my other 3 pairs of regular shorts. I used chamois cream but am inclined to believe they would have been just as comfortable without it.
I may buy another pair in the alternate colour strip.

I am 6ft and 100kg, XL was a perfect snug fit. These are on a par if not more comfortable than my other premium branded bib shorts that cost £120 more.. Only minor point was some shoulder strap slippage when off the bike at the cafe stop but not a problem when on the bike.
After reading a review regarding size being on the small side.
I'm 5.7 with a 32 waist. When using the large size, although the fit seemed fine the straps kept falling off my shoulders.
I got myself a medium size & it fits nice & snug. Also the straps stay on my shoulders.
I wouid say, the sizing is correct. If you're usual size is a medium, sticky to a medium. Of course everybody's body shape will differ slightly. In my case, I found the item to be of good quality & the staff at the Croydon, Purley way branch very helpful.
I will gladly recommend this product to my friends.
This is a great bib short, I now have 2 of these in different colours. I had to go for the XL as I have quite large legs so it's worth while trying these on in store before you purchase.
I have this design and the grey green. You can tell they have been designed aboard though as I would have preferred the coloured stipe to be one n my right leg (off side) for a bit more visability on the UK roads.
The right amount of padding in all the right place
Having to wear an XL :(
