This hydra bag is great and must to carry when you are riding. It helps you keep hydrated on the go with making uncalled stops just to quench your thirst. You can fill in 2L of water (I usually mix some electrolytes as well). The bag also helps you store some handful of things like your first aid kit, small tools and some snacks so that you dont have to reach your main luggage. Plus it fits so very well that you almost forget the bag hanging on you back. I would strongly recommend this product.
I bought this bag recently- a few days back. Filled water in the bladder to test it for a ride. But the nozzle makes squeaky sounds as if air can pass though the closed nozzle. If i remove the blue cap with the drinking nozzle still closed, it drips slowly drop by drop. I think its a faulty piece and the nozzle valve is not good in this one.
The bag is nice though, slick, fits perfectly at the back. Has some space to keep wallet, phone, goggles, keys etc. The feel of the bag is nice.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The valve of the hydration bag appears to be defective. Please explain the same to the store from which you have purchased the product from and they will replace it for you.
Deepak BABU DECATHLON
Excellent and great value for money
It's Btwin Backpack very Very Usefully in Ride
Very good material,
Perfectly fits you when running.
The ergonomic design
The hydration pack is a bit smaller than it looks but is well made and enough for a couple of hours ride with minimal tools n spares.
Hydration system seems good quality. There is not much room for spares and tools so best for short trips close to home/car.
Bought this for £9.99 when it was on offer, and I'm happy to say that it's lived up to Decathlons proven high standards. Purchased this to run with rather than ride, and (so far) it's comfortable, sits securely without too much movement, and has a 'just right' capacity.
I do have a couple of niggles with the design though. Whilst the primary compartment is a 'flip type' and double zipped, the secondary flip pocket is only single zipped, so it might be possible for this to work open and for things to fall out. The smallest pocket on the bag is a side zip, handy for a mobile, but none of the pockets have a headphone outlet, which is a notable omission.
The bag does have some reflective details at the rear, not enough though in my opinion, but the inclusion of a clip for a light at the back is a nice touch. However, there are no reflective areas on the front at all. There isn't an option on the shoulder straps for clip on lights, except for the tube holder, which sits too high, or the chest strap.
The main internal compartment doesn't have any segregated pockets at all, apart from the one for the bladder, whilst the secondary does have internal pockets, only one of them has a zip closure on it.
It may sound as though I'm disappointed with the product, but the truth is quite the contrary. For the price, I'm very pleased with it, but I feel that the product could be improved as I've detailed earlier, and then it would be pretty much perfect!
Size, fit, price, capacity, comfort
niggles above aside, none!
Purchased this hydration pack when on offer for £9.99. Perfect for my bike rides. Can just about fit all my basic tools and tyre repair kit. Fits comfortable on my back and don't get in my way. Would maybe get the bigger version so I can get more space for clothing if was going on long bike rides but this is ideal for my 1-2 hour rides
Quite new to hydration packs, this one is really nice, fits well, quality feels good and doesn't move around when going over some rough red forest MTB routes. Just about enough space for a pump and a waterproof but that is all. Overall very pleased and at the special offer price an absolute bargain
