    The Soft 300 elbow support can be used as a preventative measure by applying the compression that you need to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo).

    Bought this today and its a case of you get what you pay for, its like a hot sock on your arm joint little support but ok I wouldn't buy again. The rubber logo is a irritant and its overaul not very skin friendly. Average to say the least.

    I would highly recommend this product, however I would suggest that various sizes would be more appropriate.
    If you wear it for too long it can cause bruising and pain as it is very tight considering that my arm is not big.
    But it does provide extremely good support and ease the pain even when doing some lifting and pulling.
