After my cardiologist told me to improve my cardiovascular after a heart procedure I purchased this and now I do 30-50 mins 4-6 times a week and it has improved my breathing and I feel like I’ve lost a few years.
I bought a Dynos treadmill for my wife and this cross trainer for me. All the moving joints have ball bearings for smoothness which on some makes would use bushes to save money. The build quality is good for the money and comes out the box in loads of parts but goes together in no time and the tools are provided. Very impressed, glad we went to look as not many places have them on display to look at and try.
Very smooth functioning.
With the app available we can workout for as long and as hard as we want, brilliant.
This is a good exercise machine. Makes no noise at all while being used. The preset programs are good too. I think it is a value for money.
This piece of kit was relatively easy to assemble , preferably with 2 people. The plastic surrounding the fly wheel was slightly out of alignment when the packaging was removed but with a gentle push it clicked more or less into position.
It sits perfectly on the accompanying mat and all the family have used it.
It's quite quiet which is good, as at the moment it sits in our kitchen.
It's easy to set up and ready to go even without using the specific programmes.
We brought this cross trainer to try and keep our fitness up over winter without having to go to the gym or brave the elements for a run and 2 weeks in we are quite impressed. It was relatively simple to assemble but I'd say it was a 2 person job (entire unit weighs 130kg and some of the individual parts are fairly hefty). The book time says 30 min but we took about an hour. On the plus side everything is very clearly labelled and even includes the tools you need which was a real surprise. Once assembled the entire unit feels very sturdy and when in use it is incredibly quiet and stable, even more so than the one we tested in Wednesbury. We have initially installed it in our garage as we were concerned it would be a little noisy but it is so quiet that we could easily get away with having it in the house. The computer has a good number of built in programs and again is of a high quality for something under £300. All in all we are very pleased and would recommend this cross trainer to anyone after some home fitness equipment.
Great buy. Smooth motion. 9 different programmes for beginners to the experienced. Really pleased with the product.
It is value for money, easy to assemble. However the mobile app is having some issues, not getting connected
Got one at home now!
Easy to put together. First time no issues.
Works as good as any of the ones at the gym.
Got some dumbbells at the same time and don't need gym memberships in our household anymore. (#NoMoreGymW##k#rs)
