Good product, well priced.
If there was ever a company deserving of 5 stars, this is it! I recommend this equipment without hesitation!
The overall performance of cross trainer is good, very quiet and very smooth.
However, a wrong China 2-leg transformer had been shipped to me. I suppose order from HK should shipped with a 3-leg transformer suitable to direct plug into my home.
I've sent 3 email from website and apps, but DO NOT receive any reply (nearly 1 month)
Compared 3-4 products before buying this one and had chosen this finally, competitive price and the flywheel size is of highest when compared with others....probably the best one to chose for home..!
It is very effective product and easily assembled on your own. I am happy from my selection.
First of all the comments on the machine
1. Amazing Machine with great built and some really good in built programmes.
2. Its steady, quite smooth and has a good built.
3. Overall functioning of the machine is on the expected lines.
4. Balance is quite good.
5. Resistance levels are amazing.
But not so user friendly:
1. First of all where is the water bottle holder in the machine or phone holder!!
2. Heart Rate Belt is tad uncomfortable and you start missing that conventional over-the-handle-bar heart rate monitor which all the machines these days have.
3. Bluetooth connectivity with the phone is quite cumbersome and not a smooth process at all.
Overall its a good machine for the purpose of fitness but user interface needs more work because with this price range, it has got good competitors in the market when it comes to being user friendly.
Brought for our family of four -) all donkoaddd the app and off we went . Comes with a HR belt which goes around your chest. Also brought four mats to go underneath will use it approx 8 times per week between us. Sturdy great product loving it so far
So far this seems to be a good machine, it was fairly easy to put together, a tip is that I added grease to some moving parts which came pre-greased, but most of it was worn off on the plastic bag. So make sure you have some low temp grease handy when you build it. Also don't use the spanner that comes with it, you won't get the nuts and bolts tight enough, get your spanners out and do it properly.
Get the mats to stand it on as well, it will move about on hard surfaces and you need the soft mats to let it sink in and get some grip. I bought 4 mats then added another two as it just hung over the 4.
I've been using it daily and it's performed well, the programs are varied and I've picked one and stuck with it so I can judge my gains.
Easy enough for me to understand how to select a program and I'm not great with tech, so that's a good thing.
Remember you need a power outlet otherwise you can adjust the resistance or use the programs. The mains adapter comes with it but not in the box, so make sure the shop gives you the adapter.
Product is a good value for the money. Only downside is the Bluetooth doesnt work the way as advertised. When i connect the mobile through bluetooth the display goes off and comes back only when i delete the equipment from my paired device list on my mobile.
I have used the cross trainer several times since purchasing it. I found it was a relatively easy assembly for 1 person. The cross trainer is sturdy and well balanced, yet easy to move on the front wheels. The training programmes are easy to use and can be customised whilst training by altering the resistance on the handles. The only thing I would change would be stronger footplates as they feel as though they will break if you move your foot position of to the side a little. Overall a great piece of kit for the price. I would recommend downloading the app for your phone or tablet and controlling the trainer via the Bluetooth connection. It has worked flawlessly for me.
