I tried to pump with this handpump on my Triban 500 road bike and it took me almost half an hour and an enormous effort to do it. The pressure meter seems to be accurate and the build quality is solid. However, while pumping you have to get into an uncomfortable position to get the proper pressure out of it. But as a mobile hand pump, these should be used in emergencies rather than regularly.
After approximately 3 months of use the piston lock is not working which is making it difficult to pump after 30psi. Also it takes lot of effort to pump as compared to other hand pumps of different brands that i have used. Not worth
We are sorry, for your less than satisfactory experience with the hand pump. This seems to be one of its kind issue, so we request you to visit the nearest Decathlon store and get it changed. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
I am going on filling the tyre, but it never shows beyond 60psi. I don't want to take the risk and break the tyre...But I have no idea of knowing if this indeed is working.
I would still recommend this to people who need to take the pump with them.
PSI meter does not work correctly
We're sorry to hear about your less than satisfactory experience with the hand pump. We would really want to know if the meter doesn't read while Inflating or while connecting it to the valve. To get the correct reading its recommended to pump in some air in the valve and then check, please let us know if it still doesn't help.
It's light and I like everything about it. I had is since 2 months and today the handle fell apart in my hands.. poor quality.
I'm sorry to read that the handle came off this pump.
Please return it to us for a refund or an exchange.

Its very complicated to to use with small connecting cord, otherwise as well it was not at all easy to use with so many complications
Thank you for reviewing our product. The usage of this pump is only for emergency purpose during the ride. To pump air in the tube, Valve should be kept 90 degrees to road, as at that angle is it easy to fill in air with the small cord. As mentioned you got it replaced, if the new one is same then kindly try above mentioned way of usage.

go for it!
This type of pump is difficult to fill air
With the suggested method its really hard to pump more than 50psi. Decathlon should introduce a portable mini pump which can be held like a traditional pump. Holding on edge on the ground and pump another end vertically.
Thank you for taking time to review our product. To pump beyond 50 psi, meter side of the pump needs to be kept on the floor and the handle bar can be folded in a way which does exactly what a traditional pump does as you expected. Pumping this way should reach higher PSI as per your expectation. For more help, you can visit nearest Decathlon store and ask for demonstration. I remain at your disposal for further queries.

Good quality hand pump - the two settings (high volume and high pressure) means it gets to a good pressure for road bikes (c. 100psi) easily enough.
Only slight issue is it can be a bit fiddly attaching it to the valve on the inner tube due to the screw on attachment - in my opinion it would be better with a lever locking mech.
