Working out: How and for how long?
Domyos mini steppers are designed for occasional use (25- to 30-minute sessions, 2 or 3 times a week). You should start each session with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up (or more for beginners). If you start your workout too quickly, you increase the risk of injury and you will quickly get tired. Finally, don't forget to include a recovery phase at the end of your workout and to stretch afterwards.

To make it more effective you can also work on your waist and abdominals by turning your hips with each step.
