Too thin
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I find the thickness of the float too thin when placed in between the legs for arm pull practice. Probably suitable for a kick board instead for arm strength training.

May we suggest you have a try on our 500 M Swimming Pull Buoy (ref.8402383). This product is specially designed solely for strengthening of arm pull and it is thicker, whereas the Pull Kick is designed for dual purpose: for pull training and also as a kickboard.

I am using a pull kick since 5 weeks. My strength is much better. I can high recommended for swimmers.
