I bought it just before my trip to Switzerland in March-April 2018. It was perfect for the weather and the terrain both at snowing Mt. Titlis and even at Jungfraujoch. Yes, its water proof. Also kept my foot warm at -10 °C. Grip on snow was good. But, be a little slow an careful on harden snow surface, grip is a little less grip on it (when snow has become hard and flat). Other than that, I felt pain on my heels (it could just be me), may be because I wore it whole day and walked a lot with it through the day.
I am going to use next month.while I go for trekking.
I'm female but don't like girly walking shoes/boots. These fit the bill just fine - sturdy, waterproof, cosy - and with no pink trim in sight!
Mine are size 41 & I thought they'd be slightly roomier as that size usually are on me in other brands, but no matter - I just wear normal socks with them & my feet are still nice & warm in chilly & wet weather. Great buy, thanks Decathlon!
should be available in other colours also.
A great companion when you are snow hiking. Holds good grip and is warm. However I feel it does let you feel a bit of cold when you are in snow for more than 6 hours. I used this while on my visit to Finland and did meet my expectations largely.
I use them daily for work as wolker, 15 km a day no pain no problem at all, looking forward to get another pair. Thank you Decathlon designers.
A really awesome shoe with this price... I walked through glacier for around 3-4 hours... walked in heavy rain for several hours... but not a single drop of water ever passed through.... highly recommended... I became a fan of QUECHUA....
Great value warm boot suitable for light hiking. Placing of top open metal eyelet for laces and the tongue could be improved to make tying laces a little less fiddly but only a minor issue.
May be too warm to wear in london but it makes your socks to smell.
And width is too large too
Excellent value for money. Well made boot and extremely comfortable.
