Technical Information

Racket weight: 76 gRacket weight is an extremely important factor for every badminton player. Remember to consider:- How often you play, how injury-prone you are, your body size and your playing style. The heavier the racket, the more power you'll get. However, you'll lose speed, which can be a drawback for defensive players, quick volleys and counter attacks.
Racket balance: Head heavyA badminton's racket balance will have a major impact on your game. There are three types of racket balance: - Head heavy, for power - Even, for versatility - Head light, for control
Racket flex: StiffRackets come in different flex options: - Flexible: These rackets are good for players looking for handling and long shuttlecock trajectories. - Medium: These rackets are good for players looking for a balance of power and handling. - Stiff: These rackets are good for advanced/expert players looking for power and precision. - Extra stiff: These rackets are good for expert players with impeccable technique looking for power.

Used for More than 1 year
I have bought racket 900p and 990p in decathlon.which is a power racket used for smashes.
Light and power
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
It's very light racket which is 76gm, heady weight. 22-26 lbs. Very good racket.
New purchase
Used for 1 week or less
I’ve had the racket long enough to play 4hours of Badminton, first impressions are good, it’s a solid racket with a stiff shaft, I have added a comfort grip over the standard grip, it’s personal preference.
It took me a few games to adapt to the racket, it has a smaller head than my older Yonex, it’s good value for money although I was slightly disappointed that I had to purchase a cover as one isn’t supplied as standard. I asked and received advice from staff at the Warrington branch and feel I have made a good choice. I had intended to purchase another Yonex racket.
Good mid-range racket

Usually Decathlon's own brand ranges provide better quality at an equivalent price point, and I think that proves to be the case here. It also helps that you can test your swing in store, unlike the name brands that have card and security tags attached to the racket heads.

I find this has a good balance between touch and power for my game.
