Technical Information

1
Trajectory control
Game speed and ball control depend on the thickness of a bat's rubbers (from 1.5 mm to 2.2 mm). The thicker the rubber, the greater the speed, but the less control you will have. This bat has a rubber that is 1.8 mm thick.
2
Propulsion
Ayous (also called abachi) is a soft wood that provides a bat with excellent control, average speed, and good versatility.

Extremely Bad Experience
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I bought this bat because the staff at the store suggested this has good spin.. That is not true at all. It has next to 0 spin and it lost all its traction within a month of my purchase. I have never been this satisfied with a product from Decathalon.
Excellent

Very nice
Excellent finish but poor rubbers
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Disappointing as the blade is well made: they even sanded the wings to ensure a comfortable grip. Nowadays even expensive blades do not have this finishing detail. However the rubbers lose their grip in a few weeks which is a great shame as you can buy decent Chinese rubbers for under a fiver a sheet. If you are just messing about and don't know how to play then it does not matter too much but if you are willing to learn the game please buy a better bat as it will save you money in the long run.
