Pitching / Striking
Traditional pitching and unpitching with poles. Follow the instructions stitched into the product’s cover.
Sun protection
The flysheet fabric has UPF 30 sun protection. Please note: be careful, a large amount of UV rays can pass through an open door.
Ventilation
Three sides have an opening, to ensure better air flow. Each of the openings is fitted with mosquito protection to prevent insects from getting in.
wind resistance
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable. The goal is to expose each side of our tent to the same wind intensity. Well pitched with the guy ropes properly anchored, this tent remains habitable in a force 6 wind, measured at 50 km/h.
Waterproofing
We test our tents to validate their waterproofing.The first test is carried out in the lab, 4 hrs under 200 litres of water per hour per sqm, the equivalent of a tropical rain shower of 200 mm per hour.The second test is carried out in the field under real conditions by our teams.This living area is equipped with a polyurethane-coated polyester flysheet with 2000mm water resistance.It also has seams that have been waterproofed with heat-sealed strips, and a 140 g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet.

All our products are guaranteed 2 years minimum in normal use. Your loyalty card or receipt are proof of purchase. During or after the guarantee period, our tents can also be repaired in our network of Decathlon stores.
Poles, pegs
Poles - All our poles are glass fibre and undergo a two-fold quality check. It guarantees you the best resistance to breakage. Tent pegs - All our pegs are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm.

Storage advice
