Push-ups strengthen the pecs, deltoids and triceps. They are easy to add to any workout and you don't need any equipment. The drawback is that push-ups on the ground can put a lot of pressure on your wrists. Using push-up handles can solve this problem.

How to use your push-up bars
Using Push-Up Bars raises the position of your hands to increase the range of movement.
While this may give some people a better stretch and stronger pec workout, for other people, this may not be ideal for their bodies.
Be sure not to push your range of movement too far to avoid injury.
To add complexity to your push-ups, you can either use our weighted gilets or our training bands.
The gilets provide a larger weight to lift, and the training bands use resistance to make it harder to push up.
