Its going to be one year I am using this product, but my headset is not audible right now...I think it is better to use some low budgeted headset than this..
bought online from deca.product defective after 6months use.
picked these up on one of my road trips to one of the closest stores (2 hour round trip)
They didn't work out of the box, one headphone doesn't work and nor doe the microphone. great. contacted customer support told I need to drive back to store to return them (Which will cost me £20 to get a refund of £7.99)
The quality of this product is appalling and the customer service has been shocking...

Using these with an iPhone 6. Good earphones with clear audio quality. Fits the ears firmly, but still allows external sounds for safety.
Having volume controls on the remote/microphone would be useful.

Not able to use for long time, because the ears will pain not due to sound, but due to its design which is very hard.
The covers on the ear bits keep falling off and we’re lost within a week. Lost the sound in 1 ear quickly. However do staybin your ears a lot better than many others I’ve tried even when exercising

It seems this specific item could be a faulty one. I would suggest you to bring it back to your local store to speak with our Running Experts, and if there is any fault with it, we would happily exchange or refund if you have your receipt or decathlon account.
