Adjusting your skipping rope?
To determine the right length of your skipping rope, place your foot in the middle of the rope and lift the handles up the side of your body. For beginners, or for greater comfort, the handles should come up to your shoulders. For advanced skippers, the rope can be shorter, coming up to your lower ribs or navel.

Easy three-step adjustment (see the illustration on the packaging)
1.Loosen the screw on the upper part of the handle. 2. Push the cable towards the outer side to suit your height and skill level (as explained above). 3. Tighten the screw. Your rope is ready!

Enjoy skipping without risk of injury
Correct technique involves jumping with your stomach tight, contracting the abdominal muscles, the pelvis must be tucked under to avoid overarching the back – which can cause back pain and injury. For beginners, to improve jumping and balance we recommend doing two jumps for each rotation of the skipping rope: twice on the right foot, then twice on the left foot. We strongly recommend wearing sports shoes to cushion impacts

Its been a week since i graduated from the 100 Adult Skipping Rope. Must say this is much better quality as its sort of unbreakable.

My partner and I have been using it outdoor and he finds it very comfortable and easy to use. For me, it is more difficult because I do not have much experience using skipping ropes. Thus, the title of my review.
Pros:
Ergonomic as the description.
Good for outdoors - materials have resisted for now but we have used only in the summer time and about a month practising once a week.
Compact and easy to store.

Cons:
Not for beginners, you need to maintain and medium-high speed so the tension of the rope is good and you don´t need to stop. (It does say in the description)
Difficult to adjust unless you have tools. I recommend to adjust it at home prior use it, there is a lot of guidance about what is the longitude you need to use online.

I didn't feel too much of a difference in the speed with which I was able to skip with this than I was already doing with a standard jump rope. However, this is by no means a bad product. But I would still advise one to go for the jump rope which is much cheaper.

Rope feels very flimsy and knots up very easily. And adjusting the rope length can be arduous for my fingers! Disappointed

This is a nice and gandy skipping rope! I have started skipping this ropeand woth correct form and technique, I can now skip upto 1500 reps.
