Made for Our teams designed this bar for the most hardworking sports users. It attaches to the wall and allows you to complete pull-ups using several different grips. Vary the distance and position of your hands for overhand or underhand pull-ups with a wide, narrow, or hammer grip. For maximum stability, anchor the product to a load-bearing wall.
The pull-up bar is a strength training accessory to sculpt your muscles through suspension exercises. These exercises will help you strengthen the biceps, back, shoulders, chest and even the abs. An underhand grip (palms toward you) works the biceps. An overhand grip (palms away from you) puts the focus on the dorsal muscles.

INSTALLING the pull-up bar
Install the pull-up bar on a sturdy wall.
Screws are not supplied as they will depend on the type of wall.
If you aren't yet able to complete a pull-up, you can make it easier by using training bands. They will lighten the load and make it much easier to do the exercise.
To make your pull-ups more challenging, depending on your weight, you can add one of our weighted gilets.
For a full body workout, you can attach our suspension straps (DST) on this pull-up bar.
