Received incomplete product.

While I liked the bottle cafe a lot. Sadly it came with an Allen wrench but missing Allen screw to use that wrench. Was missing two screws to fix the bottle to the cage. Which was a little sad part. As now I need to buy the screw separately.

Excellent Product.
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
I have installed this bottle cage adapter on the vertical tube of my bike, as there was no cage mounting nuts by default at this position.

The clamp can be rotated, making it suitable to be used both on the tube/saddle post or on the handlebar.

The product is basically made out of plastic, but bolts and nuts are metal. Unless careful, over-tightening could lead to breakage. On the other hand, if not tightened properly, the cage slips when a bottle is being carried. The grips provided are adequate and of good quality.

Response of the brand
I'm sorry to read that the bottle cage holder snapped during installation. Please return it to us for a refund. I will also inform the product manager. Could you kindly reply to me with more precise information as to where the item broke exactly, this would be very useful to pass on.
