Was undecided about buying an inflatable canoe due to tracking when paddling and also the strength/ integrity of the material.
Excellent on both counts, blows up in minutes, breaks down and packs equally quick. I ended up buying two, one for my Motorhome and one for my cruiser boat.
No wonder the bloke that owns Decathlon is a Billionaire with great products like this- and a bargain price!
Get the dual action pump too, makes a big difference.
I fully inflated the canoe and left in the garage for 4 days, there was no loss of pressure. I have not used it on water yet, but having had several other inflatable canoes this looks to be very well made and excellent value for money.
I've been looking at these for years and finally took the plunge.
We've taken the grand kids out in it and they love it.
Well made and thought out design, pumps up quickly with a small electric pump and is very stable.
Roll on next summer :-)
Have been using this kayak since April this year and must say it is a huge improvement over the earlier model ie it doesn't leak!!!
Over the last couple of trips however, I have been having increasing difficulty in fitting, and removing the skegs.
For some reason these seem to jam in the slots making removal extremely difficult, and now the 2 rearmost ones refuse to budge.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? and is there a quick fix for this as I am reluctant to return for a repair or replacement if I can solve it myself.
This is a brilliant product. Superb quality, harwearing and comfortable. I am a big man, 6'5" and 18 stone and I fit in with my seven year old and 11 year old. Even the bag has extra space in it so it is easy to pack up again, Love it!
Have not had it long but after a few hours on the lake seems realy robust and easily carries 200kg. Very easy to inflate and deflate with the standard pump folds up and is packed without any struggles.
I've been out on this several times now. It's very stable and good fun.
