HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR GROIN PROTECTOR	There are two types of groin guard: - Classic, rigid model to protect your genitals when doing boxing or martial arts (Muay Thai, kickboxing, full contact karate), - Pro model with flexible side walls and soft gel edges for unrivalled comfort for disciplines that involve being on the floor (MMA, Brazilian jiu jitsu, wrestling, sambo, etc).
WHICH SIZE SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?	The classic model comes in two sizes: Junior and adult. Note: Brief sizes vary depending on the person's size, but the groin protector size remains the same.To know which size to choose, we recommend you pick one based on your size: under 164 cm = junior size over 164 cm = adult size
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE	For a better fit, you may want to wear briefs or underpants over your protective gear.
