i have purchase this connection kit 5 months back...during unboxing, one battery is missing. i have purchase one battery from market and it was working properly. Now both sensors is not working. i feel really sad this time ...

If you are planning on a getting a trainer, be it the magnetic or the fluid like I did, a connection kit is a must have! Why the extra premium? the honest answer is it keeps you from getting bored on the saddle!!

The Btwin connection kit I believe is a good basic value add. Don't expect tremendous changes to your cycling in a matter of a few days, it takes time! The best cycle in the world with the worst internal engine (Our strength) is still going to suck! The connection kit plays a key role in keeping your training interesting, the Kinomap app that Btwin has pretty much paired up with gives a lot of maps from around the world that you can ride ! It keeps your ride interesting to see the video roll out from a particular road in France or the US or Germany. You can search based on a filter on what your looking for and train your heart out. The stats are pretty much right there on the screen.

The only Con is even if we peddle faster the video does not take it in terms of a "SMART" response and speed up the video that is playing in front of you. However it still is better than staring into the wall and wondering how time is ticking so slow!

Get yourself a pair, it's pretty much a good purchase, the 1 year subscription allows you to download the videos offline and hence you wouldn't need an active internet connection as well to run the BTWIN training app.

It's been a month since I bought these sensors. I have a Btwin 100 Indoor trainer and use a Nexus 7 Android tablet for the app interface. Faced some issues buying cheaper sensors in Ali Express. Checked for a reliable one, Wahoo's always the best but costs high. So came to know about this Btwin sensor which comes with one year premium subscription of Kinomap(virtual indoor training app). The Btwin Training app is good as it keeps u occupied with some live multiplayer sessions. There's also Profile Training which includes Interval training in both resistance mode and power mode. It's not actual power, it's virtual power calculated through speed. App's not the best compared to Zwift and TrainerRoad. But still not bad. The sensors are compatible with other apps too such as Strava(only cadence sensor for outdoor rides), Wahoo fitness and Tacx(it's a good app but way more awesome features only in premium subscription). I suppose it would be compatible with other GPS devices such as Garmin, Polar watches and Wahoo bike computers as it has both Bluetooth ANT+ . I really recommend this product as it is really cheaper than Wahoo sensors($70 = Rs.5K) but still has the same functionality. But the 1yr premium subscription is not much worthy for the price.
