Why are bands effective?
The mini toning bands allow you to increase your resistance work on a targeted area. As a warm-up, they activate your muscles. For rehabilitation, they are perfect for rebuilding muscle mass.
Toning: dumbbell or resistance strap?
Just as effective but lighter than dumbbells, resistance bands are a more lightweight and practical alternative for toning. Since they are more gentle, they are recommended by our physical therapist, no matter your level. You can also adjust the level of difficulty based on the band you choose (easy/intermediate/difficult).
