First road bike and that too in 25K
Used for 1 week or less
Had been eyeing this cycle for quite sometime as it seemed reasonably priced in its bracket. When price was further reduced owing to product clearance all across the country (and worldwide), I rushed to Decathlon Thane to get one for me. Unfortunately the size available there was in 51cm with 650c wheels. Since tires and tubes are not easily available in local cycle shops as well as Decathlon store either, dropped the idea of getting 51cm. Crosschecked with Decathlon, Nashik which luckily happened to have 54cm in stock. Finally bought this cycle in 25K in 54cm size with standard 700c wheelsize equipped with Hutchinson tires against the Kenda that were mounted on this one. Staff was very cooperative and special thanks to them to keep it reserved and ready for me for purchase on 8th November 2016. Road 54KMs from Nashik to Kasara with an average speed of 24.6 KMPH. Carried it in local train luggage till dadar and again rode it from Dadar till Bandra. In all, around 70KM ride on day one itself with no discomfort whatsoever. In essence, it is a very comfortable road bike that won't tire you down.

Microshift gears worked fine for first 20 KMs. Encountered some gear slippage after that. After that I was cautiously shifting gears for the rest of the route. The dérailleur setting needs correction. Saddle is not quite comfortable and am tempted to switch to 500 series saddle. Pedal quality is quite cheap and I fear it will be the first one to wear off. But can't complain much considering that it was still a steal deal to get a road bike this awesome in 25K. In all, very happy with the purchase and I would recommend buying this one though I sincerely doubt of any stock being available any more.

Response of the brand
Hello Peeyush,

Thank you for giving us a detailed review. Do not worry about the pedals. It is a highly durable component. I would also suggest you, to stick with the narrow saddle and not a wide one because wider saddles one  on longer rides leads to saddle sores.
