Why do yoga?
Yoga, whose roots stem from Ancient India, is a discipline that promotes the connection of the body and the mind. Regular practice results in wellness of mind and body. It helps your body become more flexible, strong, and toned. It builds self-confidence, relaxes your body, and reduces stress.
Organically grown cotton
Organic cotton is grown without the use of chemicals. Organic cultivation methods have been specifically designed to reduce the impact on the environment. It helps preserve biodiversity and soil fertility, and reduces the risk of polluting groundwater tables. Finally, water usage is reduced by 60% compared to standard cotton.
Why organic cotton?
Breathe, relax, eliminate stress ... yoga is synonymous with well-being. Those practising yoga respect their body's limits, have respect for others, and respect for nature. This is why our yoga apparel is made with organically grown cotton, created to reduce its environmental impact.

Maintenance tips
We have chosen organic farming to reduce our environmental impact and better respect the ecosystem around cotton production. However, how you care for your garment has an impact on the environment. When you wash your garment, avoid pre-washing. Also, washing at 30°C instead of 40°C means energy savings of up to 37%! We recommend using a detergent that has been certified as having a low environmental impact.
