I was unable to install it properly in my car and had to return. Would love to get it back if someone can get this fixed in my car.

Unable to fit in my car
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The car rack can only be used on hatchback cars. Use his video to know how to install the car rack. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkG5JOerxhs) If you are still having trouble have it installed you can visit the closest store and they will be able to help you in the installation.

Bought the rack yesterday along with a BTWIN Rockrider 520. Spent around 30 minutes in the car park trying to figure it out. Instructions say the rack should come with four metal clips and six rubber inserts. I was struggling to fit so watched Decathlons how to video on the app and the guy uses six metal clips. I went in store just a moment ago for advice or to buy the extra clips and was told to return it as its a rubbish design! I then went to the customer service desk and spoke to Richard from scuba diving who was less than helpful, he said there was no one to contact to escalate the issue and to return it with a poor attitude! I don't want to return the product I just want to be able to use it! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sorry to read that the rack did not fit your car.
Could you tell me which vehicle/model you have?

My car isn't listed in the documentation, in fact I think that section needs a thorough review and update, it has some cars listed that haven't been produced for 15 years and loads of cars made since about 2008 missing... Having said that, once I'd worked out which settings worked for my car the rack was secure on it's first 170 mile journey with my bike attached... Brake lights and license plate visible on my car so no need for extra hardware there
Cheaper than a lot of the competition and works well for a basic carrier. Straps are quite long though so needed a fair bit of tidying up once fitted to the car
Secure once fitted
Documentation needs to be updated
I found it excellent in every sence of the word, does exactly what it says on the tin.. any1 with half a brain wouldn't need h instructions anyway.. excellent choice.. carers 3 bikes with no issues..
This is a very sturdy bike carrier, and fits my 12 plate Ford Fiesta without issues (does not block the lights, number plate, or rear wiper).
Once in place, this is perfectly steady with two bikes on it (I've not tried with a third).
The only real problem is the terrible instructions: Firstly, the vehicle list looks to be for mainland Europe (Vauxhall is called "Opel", and numerous vehicles are missing). Secondly, there is very little text, and it is somewhat difficult to tell what you need to do.
None the less, this is a very good, well made product, and is pretty well designed. I would recommend it, but beware of the poor instructions.
Sturdy, easy to set up (when you figure it out)
Good solid bike carrier. Fits my 59 plate Qashqai and holds my mtb in place without issue. Would agree with another reviewer that the straps are very long and can get in the way. Other than that I can't fault it at the price.
Great product really easy to put together and a great price . Only negative . Instructions were hard to follow
Really good quality
Easy to fit and take down. It could only be improved if there were Velcro tape attached to roll up the excess strap rather than trying to wrap it round the frame or find some elastic bands.
The item is clearly built for three bikes but the instructions confusingly say it's only for 2 (a typo I assume)
Overall I'm very pleased with the build quality and the stability on the car.
No pad on hooks to protect car paintwork
Vety good rack...only tried with one 29er mtb but easy to fit and use
well priced well made sturdy
lateral straps should be pinned in place
