After a thorough study in the market, when I had this cute piece of gadget, I was excited to have a test run with it. My decision for going for this product is obviously the price tag. It was even a special discount day in my local Decathlon outlet (Howrah, India). But soon I started getting disappointed. This watch was not able to receive signals from the chest strap.
So next week I had to return to the store. They said probably I was not wearing the chest strap properly. So had a trail inside the store and it did work. I was excited again and constantly checking the reading for around another coupe of hours.
But the more I explored more I'm getting frustrated with this product. I tried this in various places with various conditions and my conclusion is that the signal from chest strap is not so strong or has problem of interfering with other signals around.
If I'm using this in a open ground or remote places or something like this, there is no issue at all. But as soon as I'm in front of any noisy area (with lot of signals - mobile towers, inside a server room etc) the chest strap is not at all work and the watch always complains about no signal. Even inside my home gym it refuses to work.
Hence I feel the purpose of HRM is gone and I'm looking for moving to Fitbit or Polar or Garmin products.
Price, better built than other HRM in this price
Frequent Signal issue between watch and cheststrap

Been using this for a couple of weeks and so far am fairly pleased. Easy to set up and use for interval training. The problem is the heart sensor doesn't stay reliably connected to the watch. Every time I use it I get a beep to say the connection has been lost after 45-60 minutes use. This is sometimes accompanied by the message, 'strap low', on the watch display. The manual is no help- have put a new battery in the heart sensor but problem persists :(
Great value for money and I think better than the similar Polar product as the battery in the heart strap can be changed when flat ( after 18m approx use). Polar has to be sent to workshop where the battery replacement was to cost me £30. This watch and heart strap cost less than the polar repair quote.
Heart strap has replaceable battery
Instructions not easy to understand
Is it possiblt to hook up this HRM to a PC in order to store workout information? I love this watch, but don't really see the point if you can't track your progress or workouts.
All in all we are not very happy. Partner has a polar FT4 and considering the price difference isn't huge really regret not going for that one.
Inaccurate, complicated to navigate around

Love this watch, for the price it's fantastic! Love it
Monitors heart rate, calories, fat loss etc etc
good value, easy to use
colour, easy to use
You can't get a nice looking Heart Rate Monitor for this price anywhere else. I wanted something simple, basic and cheap. It works well. I've not had any problems with the strap or fixings. It took a while to get used to operating the watch, but once you do it is simple.
No it won't compete with a Polar watch, but for simplicity, decent price and comfort it does the job well
Simple, no frills
Initially confusing, perseverance pays off
Good value basic HRM. Although it continually measures your bpm and gives you a set of data results whenever you want to stop and access them it won't plot them over the your workout time period. The belt fasteners seem a bit flimsy hence I keep them connected all the time and pull it up over my feet, legs and waist to put in place around my chest.
Records all the features you need.
No bluetooth so can't connect to mobile App.
If you want a stop watch or heart rate monitor this works well and is easy to use.
basic heart rate monitor / stop watch easy to use
probably little benefit over cheaper version
