What can I do if my replacement or exchange order is not delivered within the estimated delivery date?

Your replacement or exchange order will only be dispatched once the return of the initial product is completed from our end. If your order is not received within EDD please check the status of the return of the initial product delivered. 
Once the pick-up is done, your order will be dispatched within the next 24 hours of pickup and you will be able to track your order on our website and app. 
If there is a delay in delivering your order, you will be notified of the same from our end via. SMS/Email.
