What are the instances/cases when a review will not be validated?

A review will not be validated/ published and may be deleted if the review:

(a) is about a product or service which has not been used by the Customer/User who has submitted the review.
(b) does not relate to the product or service that is being spoken about in the review;
(c) is a question from the Customer/User without any description/ details of the experience with the product or service.
(d) contains too many spelling mistakes or poor syntax.
(e) is submitted in a language other than English.
(f) contains comments of an advertising and/or marketing nature, not related to any product usage or performance.
(g) contains racist, xenophobic, rude, abusive or libellous comments or anything which could hurt the beliefs and sentiments of a particular group, gender, religion, caste, creed etc.
(h) infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties (such as referring to another brand).
(i) makes reference to certain people, including known or identifiable personalities.
(j) includes an email address, phone number, postal address or any other data allowing a natural person or legal entity to be identified, either directly or indirectly.
(k) includes personal details including but not limited to bank card number, bank account number, social security number or any other data that could result in identity theft.
(l) contains concrete information involving conflicts of interest or political opinions.

The list mentioned above is not exhaustive and it could include any reason, which is not stated above.
