What to do in case of missing item in your order?

If you discover a missing item in your received order, kindly follow these steps:
 

  1. Send an email to [email protected], including the following information:

    • Check if the box/packet has been tampered with.
    • Confirm if Decathlon Tape has been used on the box.
    • Indicate whether the box is damaged.
    • Specify the missing item (item code).
    • Attach images of the order and its packaging.
       
  2. Ensure that you communicate your concern within 6 hours of receiving the order. Our dedicated team will investigate and provide an update within 48 hours.
     

Note: In certain situations, due to the volume of products, the order may be dispatched in different packages. If this is the case, our team will assist you in tracking and updating the status of the pending package upon receiving your email.
