What is the replacement process for orders?

Customers can initiate replacement requests seamlessly through our app or website. Following the request, a prompt reverse pickup will be arranged. Once the item is received, the new order will be promptly processed and delivered to you within 2-5 business days. Please note that the pickup and delivery lead time might also be affected due to the reachability of your stated pin code.
