For a streamlined replacement process, you can access your purchase history on our app or website. Simply select the eligible product and, if applicable, the "Exchange" option will be enabled. Click on "Exchange" to initiate and complete the replacement request seamlessly. Please note, that the replacement/exchange lead time will start only after the initial delivered item is picked.

**Please Note: Clearance and Discounted product purchases cannot be returned or replaced.
