Olympic Weight Plate

Home workouts that you can do using gym plates:
Plank using a gym plate: This exercise is good for your shoulders, chest, abs, obliques. Start with a plank position and raise one arm to hold the gym weight plate. Repeat the same with the other arm.
Gym plate push up: This is a perfect exercise to get that burn in your shoulder, chest, abs, and arms. Keep a gym plate under each hand. Lower your chest and back to come in the push-up position, as you come down, slide plates apart as you come down. Get back to the start position sliding the plates back together. Repeat!
Front shoulder raise: Target your shoulder, backs, and abs with this exercise. Grab a bumper plate with both hands. Stand with feet hip-width apart. Hold the plate with hands and extend your arms forward. Keep your arms straight and elbows soft, slowly raise the plate until your biceps meet your ears. Repeat!
Lateral raise: Give your deltoids, shoulders, and upper back a good burn through this exercise. Stand straight with feet hip-width apart. Raise the weight lifting plates out from your sides with a slight bend on the elbow. Stop when your arms are parallel to the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds. Lower the plates slowly back to starting position. Repeat!
Squat press: Squats is good for your butt and thighs. Add rubber weight plates to your normal squat and work on your triceps, chest, and abs too. Start in a squat position while holding the gym weight plate in your both hands. When you are coming back to the standing position, raise the gym plate overhead. Repeat as many reps as possible!
